Membership
Who can join JGHACC?
Any business owner, entrepreneur, professional, or organization that supports our mission is welcome to join. You don't have to be Haitian — just committed to building economic power in our community.
What are the membership tiers and pricing?
We offer three tiers: Startup ($150/year) for new businesses, Growth ($350/year) for established businesses ready to scale, and Enterprise ($750/year) for organizations seeking maximum impact and visibility.
Can I upgrade my membership tier?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time. We'll prorate your membership and apply the difference to your new tier.
How do I become a member?
Click the "Join Now" button on our website or visit our Membership page to select your tier and complete the registration process. You'll receive a welcome packet and access to member resources within 24 hours.

What are the Five Pillars?
Our Five Pillars are KONEKTE (Business Access), TEKNOLOJI (AI Ready Business), SWEN (Whole Person Wellness), ETIK (Ethical Certification), and LAKAY (Welcome & Investment). Each pillar addresses a critical need for sustainable business success.
How do I access the Five Pillars programs?
Each program has different access levels. Some are included with membership, others have additional application requirements. Visit each program's page for specific details on eligibility and enrollment.
What is the Madam Sarah program?
Invest in Madam Sarah is our binational women's entrepreneurship incubator connecting Jacksonville, Florida and Haiti. It's a 12-week cohort program designed exclusively for Haitian and Haitian-American women entrepreneurs.
How do I apply for the Madam Sarah program?
Visit the Madam Sarah program page to learn about upcoming cohorts and submit an application. The program is free for participants and is funded through sponsorship, grants, and diaspora crowdfunding.
Events
What types of events does JGHACC host?
We host networking events, business workshops, annual galas, community celebrations, and educational seminars throughout the year. Members get priority access and discounted tickets.
Are events open to non-members?
Some events are open to the public, while others are members-only. Check each event listing for details. Non-members typically pay a higher registration fee than members.

What is the Katalòg business directory?
Katalòg is our comprehensive directory of Haitian-owned businesses in Northeast Florida. It's a resource for consumers looking to support Haitian businesses and for businesses seeking partnerships.
How do I list my business in the directory?
All Startup tier and above members receive a basic directory listing. Growth and Enterprise members receive enhanced listings with logo, photos, and premium placement.
Can I search the directory without being a member?
Yes! The Katalòg directory is publicly accessible. We encourage everyone to use it to find and support Haitian-owned businesses.
